Terms of service
These terms govern the use of the service by business customers. Placeholder: to be reviewed by counsel before launch.
1. Scope and customers
The service is offered exclusively to businesses (persons acting in their trade, business or profession), not to consumers. By signing up you confirm that you act for a business.
2. The service
HUNTR collects answers from third-party AI assistants for prompts you define, analyses mentions, product cards and cited sources, and shows metrics, estimates and suggested actions. Answers are collected through third-party providers as a logged-out user and vary from run to run.
3. No guarantee of rankings, visibility or revenue
We do not control AI assistants, search engines, marketplaces or third-party websites. We do not guarantee any ranking, mention, product card placement, visibility level, traffic, orders or revenue, nor that any suggested action will change an AI answer.
Metrics are statistical measurements with uncertainty (shown as ranges). Estimates of potential revenue are models based on stated assumptions and are not forecasts or promises. Measured figures depend on the completeness of the data you connect.
Suggested texts (for example outreach emails or reply drafts) are drafts. You decide whether and how to use them and are responsible for complying with platform rules and applicable law, including disclosure of affiliation.
4. Accounts and security
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite, including agency client logins.
5. Acceptable use
- No attempts to access other customers' data, circumvent limits or cost caps, or overload the service.
- No use for unlawful purposes or to create misleading reviews, fake engagement or undisclosed endorsements.
- API access is subject to rate limits.
6. Plans, payment and cancellation
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy a plan, you buy it from Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms), which apply to the purchase in addition to these terms; these terms govern your use of the service.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown in USD excluding sales tax/VAT; Paddle calculates and adds the applicable tax at checkout and issues the invoice. You can cancel at any time in the customer portal, effective at the end of the current billing period. Plan changes are prorated by Paddle. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; you may cancel before the change takes effect.
7. Your data
You keep all rights to your data. Where we process personal data on your behalf, the data processing agreement (DPA, Art. 28 GDPR) at /legal/dpa is part of these terms; see also our privacy policy. You can export data as CSV and delete your account at any time.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise liability is excluded.
9. Third-party services
Not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Perplexity or Shopify. Names of AI assistants and platforms are used only to describe what we measure.
10. Governing law and venue
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is the seat of the operator named in the imprint, to the extent legally permissible. Mandatory consumer or business protection rules of your country remain unaffected. Placeholder: to be confirmed by counsel. Purchases themselves are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
